SETTING UP FOR PARTY IS SIMPLE AND QUICK!

All we require when we cater ice cream for events is enough room for our ice cream cart (or carts, depending on how many you have booked) and access to plug connections. Each ice cream pan needs its own plug socket. So, we will need you to set us up near plug sockets.

We don't yet  have a store. We can only serve our delicious ice cream rolls for your event when you hire us and we come to your venue. We serve our rolled ice cream at privately booked events like weddings and business gatherings across Houston, TX, and even other parts of the country. We have served our delicious ice rolls at some of the most renowned venues in Houston, TX, all the way through to people’s homes, and unique festivals. We love bringing flavor and excitement to every corner of the country.
Beginning with zip code 77433 for Cypress, TX, 45 miles are covered in the package price; more than 45 miles are a surcharge. This implies that out-of-town events will cost a little bit more. The details of our travel surcharge are shown below:
  • The price you pay covers up to a 45M radius from zip code 77433.
  • More than 45 miles will be charged as a travel expense of $1 per mile up to 100 miles.
  • If the distance is above 100 miles, then there is an additional charge of $200 to cover accommodation and sustenance for the staff.

We try to accommodate all budgets and offer a variety of solutions to fit your unique events. Prices start at  $1050 plus tax for 2 hours (1 pan machine) of unlimited ice cream rolls. This consists of everything we require to prepare delectable ice cream rolls. So, there you have it—our cart, pans, cups, ice cream chef, and all the premium ingredients we use. This also includes all the premium toppings, such as sauces, squirty cream, marshmallows, wafers, sprinkles, etc. Our all-inclusive dessert catering services are a great complement to your event since they provide your guests with incredibly enjoyable, compelling, and unforgettable entertainment, adding genuine value for your money. 

There is a travel surcharge, starting from our location in Cypress, TX. This means that if you are in Sugarland, TX, it is not much at all. However, events much further afield are more likely to cover our costs.

We can set up in only 25 minutes. We just unload, position our equipment, plug in our cart, and let it cool.

We typically serve for 2  hours, depending on what you need.

This is the really fun part! There are several flavors to choose from. Our crowd-pleasing favorites include Oreo and Nutella, Mango Passion Fruit, All the Way Happy Kinder, Kinder Bueno & Ferrero Rocher, and  Strawberry Nutella. We offer time-tested favorites like vanilla and chocolate, but our approach enables you to get a little more enthusiastic with interesting pairings. Of course, you can get more creative and dream up your own flavors. This enhances the uniqueness of your event! We advise choosing 2 or 3 flavors for your event so that guests may choose their flavors with ease. More than that can get a bit difficult for them, and it slows down the serving time. We will have a bespoke menu board made just for your event. making it clear what is on offer.

We make sure all your guests are left completely satisfied.  We serve our rolls in a 5 oz cup sized tub. Remember, they can still add more toppings and sauce. Look at some illustrations. We include unlimited ice cream with every reservation so that guests can return and try all the flavors on the menu. Trust us, your guests will be so excited that they will want to try them all. We can serve large portions in 8-ounce ice cream tubs. As it takes longer to serve each person, we will require additional ice pans and more staff members to ensure all are served. If you would like a quote for the 8 oz portion, please inform us in the notes when requesting a quote.    

You won’t find anyone who takes more pride in providing upscale ice cream rolls and entertainment than we do. We collaborate closely with our clients from the beginning to ensure their bespoke events turn out even better than they expected. Rest assured that you will get a professional service from the experts who have worked in the catering industry for years.

We have served our delectable ice rolls to gatherings of 20 people all the way up to 500–1000 people. No occasion is too big or too small for us to provide fun and delectable creamy delight. In 1.5 hours, we can serve between 100 and 125 guests. If you are expecting a large group—125 or more—we advise getting more ice pans so that we can serve everyone promptly and without creating a long line. Our packages start at 2  hours of unlimited ice cream, you can have us for a shorter period, although it will be the same price. We have worked with the best event organizers, and we know what the highest standards of work demand. We take great pride in offering the best service, and part of that is collaborating with your connections to ensure that the event runs as smoothly as possible. You may be confident that you will receive expert treatment from experienced, skilled individuals who have worked in the field for years.

  • To make sure we can offer our delicious ice cream rolls, there are a few important things we need from you and the venue.
  • We need  easy, level access for the staff & equipment to the serving venue. Since the ice cream cart and other equipment cannot go up and down stairs, level access means no stairs.
  • Electricity –A standard wall outlet will do, but if your venue is asking for specifics. We need "1500 W power for a single pan machine and 3000 W power for a double pan machine, which plugs in on a standard 110 volt socket " 1 plug for a single pan machine and two plugs for a double pan machine.
  • It is a part of our health association rule that the client is responsible for ensuring there are hand washing facilities at the venue for us, as that is a legal requirement when serving food. We also need shelter when the climate calls for it.
  • To create a cozy, enjoyable, and immersive environment, we can squeeze into a small space of 5.5ft x 5.5 ft, which fits our single pan machine with topping station, or you can add on our attractive, eye catching, 10 ft x 10 ft bubblelicious canopy to create a larger impact.
  • We require parking for our vehicle. Any vehicle costs, such as parking fees,  need to be covered by yourself.
Your special event will be busy, with different caterers, photographers, and guests pulling you in every direction. You don't need to worry about us because it is so simple. We take care to have a quiet, seamless set up and take down. To help you move on and enjoy your day, we'll cooperate with any coordinators you may have. Usually, we get here around an hour early for the scheduled serving time. We have plenty of time to unpack, roll into place, set-up everything up, and plug ourselves in. In actuality, we can be ready to roll in 25 minutes from the time of arrival. If you intend to utilize the area during the day, we can come earlier and set up well before serving time to prevent any disruptions. It does help if you have a floor plan, time schedule, or other set up instructions available. But it's never a problem if you'd prefer to wait for us to show up so you can see how everything fits on the big day. If you decide to change your mind, we can move quickly. We can also easily go from outside to inside if those pesky clouds decide not to cooperate. From the unloading bay to the serving area, there must be level access.  This means we can’t go up and down stairs, so service lifts are required if we’re on a different floor.
